Driver Service Agreement

Driver Terms of Service (Agreement)
Article 1. Nature and Status of Relationship
1.1. Independent Contractor: The Driver represents an independent contractor and is not an employee of GETU.GE LLC (ID: 402370876, hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "Company").
1.2. Remuneration: The Driver receives remuneration from completed trips, minus the commission determined by the Platform.
1.3. Non-Competition: Contacting passengers or providing services bypassing the Platform is prohibited.
Article 2. Driver Qualification and Vehicle
2.1. Ownership: The Driver must be the owner or hold a general power of attorney.
2.2. Experience: A minimum of 2 years of driving experience is mandatory.
2.3. Criminal Record: The Driver confirms they have no criminal record. The Platform is authorized to request a certificate at any time.
Article 3. Booking Terms and Punctuality
3.1. Algorithmic Limitation: The system will not offer an order to the Driver if the remaining time before the start of the trip is less than 1 hour. A booking is opened only if the Driver has at least 1 hour to reach the location.
3.2. Arrival Standard: After confirming the order, the Driver has a maximum of 1 hour to reach the passenger.
3.3. Early Appearance: The Driver is obliged to be at the specified address 10 minutes before the start of the trip.
3.4. Confirmation and Cancellation: The Driver is obliged to confirm the order in a timely manner. More than 3 cancellations per month or systematic delays will be grounds for account blocking.
Article 4. Service Quality and Obligations
4.1. Passenger Comfort: The Driver is obliged to consider the passenger's requests regarding driving style and speed. They are obliged to stop for the passenger along the way or wait (when requested to return).
4.2. Climate and Audio: The Driver is obliged to satisfy any request of the passenger regarding salon temperature control (AC/heating) and music (or turning it off completely).
4.3. Dress Code: The Driver must appear neat and properly dressed. Working in short shorts, sweatpants, slippers, or without a shirt is strictly prohibited.
4.4. No Smoking: Smoking or vaping in the car is strictly prohibited for both the driver and the passenger. A violation by the driver results in a 50 GEL fine deducted from the guarantee deposit.
4.5. Equipment: Free drinking water (sealed) and functioning Wi-Fi are mandatory. The vehicle must be clean and technically sound.
4.6. Availability: The Driver is obliged to be available for at least 25 days during the month; otherwise, the account will be blocked.
4.7. Communication: The Driver is prohibited from entering into polemics with the passenger. In case of any problem, the Driver is obliged to be in constant communication with the Platform operator.
Article 5. Financial Terms and Deposit
5.1. Guarantee Deposit: Before starting work, the Driver is obliged to deposit 100 GEL to the guarantee account, which is locked and used only to cover sanctions in case of rule violations.
5.2. Operating Balance: The Driver's current account for platform commissions. If the balance is negative (< 0 GEL), the Driver is blocked from accepting new cash (CASH / CASH 100%) bookings.
5.3. Photo Quality: If the uploaded photos do not match the instructions, the shooting-processing fee (50 GEL) will be deducted from the operating balance.
5.4. Starting Tariff: For new drivers, to ensure competitiveness, the platform sets a mandatory fixed starting tariff for the first 10 orders. Changing the tariff independently is possible only after successfully completing 10 orders.
5.5. Refund: Upon termination of cooperation, if rules are fully followed, the guarantee deposit (100 GEL) is fully refunded.
Article 6. Sanctions
6.1. Zero Tolerance (Bypassing and Abuse): Any direct deal with the passenger (bypassing the Platform) or verbal/physical abuse of the passenger or representative results in immediate permanent blocking from the Platform and full forfeiture of the 100 GEL guarantee deposit.
6.2. No-Show: 20% fine of the booking + reimbursement of replacement costs.
6.3. Quality Violation: Compensation/discount provided to the passenger will be reimbursed by the Driver.
By agreeing, the Driver confirms that they have fully read the terms and take responsibility for their fulfillment.
